We ask that you fill out the "Rental Information Request Form", below, and give us an opportunity to assist in making your event exactly what you want it to be!! We want you to have an event that you, and your guests, will always remember fondly.
We do require a deposit to reserve your date, and time and a insurance rider guaranteeing the building is cover during your rental period. We can assist you in obtaining the necessary insurance, whether you have Home Owners Insurance, or not.

It is well lit and the size will give you many options as to how you would like to set up, decorate and make your occasion exactly what you want!
We are happy to provide the tables and chairs for your event. You have your choice from either oblong tables or round ones. There is no extra charge for the tables and chairs. You will need to provide your own table covering and decorations. You are free to arrange the tables to fit the design you end up deciding on.
We do have a small "stage area" which measures approximately 6' wide, 8 feet deep and about 5 inches high. We have a microphone that we will be happy to set up for your use. It is really nice to have an area that is a little bit higher than the floor , when someone is making announcements or saluting someone for a "job well done".
There is an attached Kitchen which provides space for preparing your food and drinks. The use of the Kitchen is an "add on" to your base rental fee, if you are needing to use the cook stoves or oven. We suggest that you bring your own dishes and drinking glasses.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: "Effective Immediately", Alcoholic Drinks, of any kind or matter, are not to be served the facility.
Limited Liability Insurance is now required. Our governing body has mandated that we have tenants provide Limited Liability Insurance for "Any and All" rentals. $500,000 is the amount required. You may usually acquire insurance from your Automotive Insurance, or any Insurance provider will be able to provide proof of insurance. Make sure that you have a copy of necessary coverage or we will not be able to host your Rental Usage.
Please keep in mind we also have our Lodge room available for Business Meetings where guest speakers are presenting to a group of individuals. We have chairs along the inside walls, and we can accommodate your meeting with chairs on the floor as well. It's a great room for a "Speakers Forum", Board Meetings, Church Services, political meetings, etc. We feel confident that we can assist you to make this a place that will surely meet your needs.
